Masturbation, or self-pleasuring, is a natural sexual act. Almost everyone has masturbated during the course of their life. The problem arises only if masturbation becomes an addiction. An addiction that would result in a lack of self-confidence, social isolation, or the feeling that your energy is low and wasted.

If you live alone, try to get a pet – not an elephant of course – so that you avoid the feeling of being lonely. And perhaps you can go for a walk whenever the urge comes.
Always consider that you have the ability to overcome the addiction problem. If you have relapsed, start over again. Don’t give up! You can do it in the end, even it if takes you years of trying.
Masturbate once a day and chose a good time and a good place. You have to be mentally relaxed, that’s very important, so that your erection would take a healthy period of time.
